2. Description of Service

Just Breathe is a breathing exercise application that provides guided breathing patterns, animations, and sounds to assist users in their breathing practices.

3. User Responsibilities and Health Disclaimer

Important Health Notice: The breathing exercises and patterns provided in this App are for general wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice or treatment. Users are solely responsible for:

• Determining their fitness to perform any breathing exercises
• Consulting healthcare professionals before starting any breathing practice
• Any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the App
• Stopping immediately if they experience any discomfort or adverse effects

The developer, Alexandre Grisey, explicitly disclaims all liability for any health issues, injuries, or adverse effects that may result from using the App.

4. Premium Features and Payments

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases:

• Premium subscriptions are billed either monthly or yearly
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your device's app store account
• Trial periods, when offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

5. User Data and Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to breathing patterns, animations, sounds, and visual design, is the property of Alexandre Grisey and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
• Share premium access with other users

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
